I Don't Know Much About Love

I don't know much in the way of love,
But if I had to imagine it
I'd think it feel something like:

The heater, blowing gently in the car as
The sunset rises in the horizon
And the music softly serenades you with its hum.

It's the blanket wrapped around you
The cup of hot chai tea held in one hand
A book in the other
As the rain washes away the outside.

When the rain begins slowly then begins to pour
And you go outside and dance, just dance
Feeling the joy and happiness
Instead of the chaff of soggy denim.

That's love.

Love, it's feeling of someone being there,
Holding you close.
Just a hug for better or for worse.

I don't know much about love.
But if I had to imagine.
I'd imagine it like this.
